Integrated Medicine

Our approach to your health is called Integrated Medicine. Integrated Medicine is the strategic combination of Traditional Medicine (also called Western Medicine), Homeopathic Medicine, Chinese Medicine, and Nutritional Implementation given and directed by a certified physician who thoroughly understands and utilizes the integrated modalities to achieve healing responses in your body. This is a system and style of medicine that is in high demand, as more and more people are realizing that traditional methods alone cannot solve all of their health needs, and are demanding the other options available for them.

At Pareja Medical Center we understand and acknowledge the excellent benefits that some traditional approaches and techniques accomplish, while simultaneously studying and implementing non-conventional approaches, techniques, and medications, that have been scientifically proven, through decades of research and implementation, to give each individual greater benefit when used in conjunction with their traditional counterpart.

This latter aspect is seen in how we use all of the traditional and several non-traditional diagnostic testing procedures, patient examination procedures, and most importantly the combination and integration of Western knowledge along with centuries of proven Eastern knowledge in order to develop a complete picture of you from the inside out.  This allows us to determine the actual cause of your health concerns.  Pareja Medical Center’s physician then takes the information gathered from your body and uses this information to develop a blend of treatment procedures, medicines (Traditional, Homeopathic, and Chinese) and nutritional supplementation which are customized to your body to achieve the needed healing response.  As your condition continues to improve and change, Pareja Medical Center will continually run various diagnostic tests on your body to monitor your progress and adjust the treatment in order achieve your desired state of health and physical happiness.

At Pareja Medical Center, we also understand that more serious methods of treatment, such as surgery, are needed.  If you need this type of treatment, Pareja Medical Center’s physician will refer you to the proper specialist, or your primary care provider, and work closely with him or her to monitor your progress.  We also understand that many times people are referred to surgery, when surgery is not needed.  Our trained and certified physicians will inform you of the available treatment methods available to you to the best method of treatment.  We have helped many of our patients avoid more drugs and surgery in instances where they felt they needed them.  For us, surgery and drugs is the last option for your health, but we realize it is sometimes a very necessary one.

Rationale

At Pareja Medical Center, our integrated therapy looks at the whole body and attempts to find the root causes for a specific set of symptoms. Conventional medicine alone, attempts to mask symptoms through drugs and sometimes unnecessary surgery. Once Pareja Medical Center’s physician gathers the necessary information from your body through our highly refined testing procedures, he can then integrate a plan using the various methods available to customize a program for your body.

Technique

We utilize traditional and non-traditional diagnostic (body testing) equipment, and laboratory testing (Blood, Saliva, and Urine), in order to accurately assess your actual source of physical pain and sickness. After gathering the necessary information, we tailor the treatments to your body in order to move you to your maximum state of health. Drug based medications are used in conjunction with, or when needed, to treat symptoms that the physician determines to be necessary in conjunction with Pareja Medical Center’s integrated treatment system.

Financing

At Pareja Medical Center, we are devoted to helping you achieve your ideal state of health. What most people need to realize is that your health insurance carrier will cover many of the services that we provide. Many of the services that we provide are the same services that you would need if you were at other health care centers. Certain services, and all non-traditional medicines, will not be covered by you health insurance company. For these services we have priced our rates with your health and well-being in mind so that you can afford to achieve your ideal state of health. As always, we maintain very reasonable cash pay rates at Pareja Medical Center so that people without health insurance coverage can afford to obtain the necessary treatment needed for their health needs.
